Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

  • Minimum age: You may only register and hold an Account if you are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an Account, you expressly confirm that you are 18+ and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Location and legality: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing the Site and using the Services from your location (including from the UK) is lawful under all laws that apply to you. The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UK-specific consumer protections, including GamStop self-exclusion, IBAS and UK-approved dispute resolution schemes, do not apply to the Services.
  • One Account per person: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for Blaze use of blezers.com. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and balances may be handled in accordance with these Terms.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Site, providing requested information such as your full name, date of birth, address, email address, country of residence and any other required details. You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number before you can fully use the Account. Verification links, codes or instructions will be sent to the contact details you provided. Failure to complete verification may result in limited functionality or suspension of the Account.
  • KYC and identity checks: To comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and responsible gambling obligations in Curaçao and other relevant jurisdictions, the Operator may at any time request documents including, without limitation: a copy of a valid photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and, if necessary, source-of-funds/source-of-wealth evidence.
  • Account activation and review: The Operator reserves the right to delay the activation or restrict the functionality of your Account until KYC checks have been completed to its satisfaction. The Operator may also request updated documents at any time (for example, upon large deposits/withdrawals or unusual activity) and may suspend or terminate the Account if satisfactory information is not provided.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is true, accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your details on the Site or notify the Operator if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate suspension or closure of your Account and may result in voiding of Bets and forfeiture of balances in accordance with applicable law.
  • Username and password security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify the Operator via the contact options available on the Site.
  • Use of Account: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, and you must not access the Site using any form of software or device intended to mask or manipulate your location (including VPNs, proxies or similar tools) if this results in a breach of applicable laws, these Terms or the Operator's territorial restrictions. The Operator may close any Account that is used in breach of this clause.
  • Prohibited activities: You must not engage in fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, use of bots, unfair advantage play, exploitation of technical errors or any other prohibited conduct described in these Terms or on the Site. The Operator may report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Participation in Games

  • Game rules: Each game or betting product available on the Site is governed by its own specific rules and payout tables, as displayed within the game interface or in the help section. By placing a Bet or participating in a game, you agree to be bound by the relevant game rules in addition to these Terms.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Bet sizes vary depending on the game and may be adjusted by the Operator or by third-party game providers. The applicable limits are displayed in the game interface and/or betting slip. You may not place Bets that are below the minimum stake or above the maximum stake shown.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted when it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history or betting history. Once accepted, Bets cannot normally be cancelled or changed by you. It is your responsibility to check that your Bet details are correct before confirming.
  • Insufficient balance: Bets will only be accepted if your Account has a sufficient available balance (Real Money Balance and, where applicable, eligible Bonus Balance) at the time the Bet is placed. If your balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be placed.

Bet Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious technical error, misconfiguration, malfunction, incorrect odds or other mistake that is clearly apparent to a reasonable Player (including, for example, games operating with incorrect paytables or clear typographical pricing errors), the Operator reserves the right to void affected Bets, cancel games and/or adjust balances so that they reflect the correct outcome that would have applied without the error.
  • Interrupted sessions: If your game session is interrupted (e.g. due to loss of internet connection, device failure or server restart), the official results recorded on the Operator's or game provider's systems will determine the outcome. Where possible, completed rounds will stand and unsettled rounds may be restored or resolved in accordance with the game rules. The Operator is not responsible for any loss of data or winnings resulting solely from your technical environment.
  • Operator-initiated cancellations: The Operator may cancel or void Bets where required by law, regulation, its licence conditions or these Terms, including in relation to fraud, collusion, money laundering, self-exclusion (if applicable) or prohibited behaviour. Where Bets are voided, stakes may be returned to you unless the Operator is legally entitled to withhold them.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Features

  • Respectful behaviour: Where the Site provides live casino tables, chat functions or other community features, you must treat dealers, staff and other Players with respect. Abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • No promotion of illegal activity: You must not use chat or other communication tools to promote illegal activity, share links to unauthorised services, encourage others to evade local laws (including through VPN usage) or coordinate collusion or cheating.
  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor and moderate chats and may mute, restrict, suspend or permanently ban Users from chat or from the Services for misconduct. In serious cases, the Operator may also freeze or close your Account and may withhold funds where permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible gambling: You should only gamble what you can afford to lose and consider setting personal limits where available on the Site. If you are in the UK and need help, you can obtain independent support from organisations such as GamCare and BeGambleAware; however, please note that Blaze is not part of the UK GamStop scheme and self-exclusions set with UK-licensed operators do not automatically apply to your Account on blezers.com.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may make Bonuses and promotions available to Blaze Players via blezers.com. Each Bonus is subject to (a) these general Bonus Terms and (b) specific promotional terms presented on the Site at the time of the offer.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be targeted or restricted based on criteria such as country, payment method, account status or prior activity. The Operator may exclude or restrict particular Users from receiving certain promotions (for example, in cases of suspected abuse, self-exclusion under any applicable scheme, or risk-based decisions).
  • Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to opt in, enter a bonus code, make a qualifying deposit or place a qualifying Bet as specified in the promotion details. Failure to meet activation requirements within the stated timeframe may result in the Bonus not being credited.

Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages will be displayed in the relevant promotion. Where the promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms generally prevail for that offer.
  • Time limits: Bonuses are normally valid only for a limited period. If you do not meet the wagering requirements or other conditions within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled and removed from your Account. Timeframes for Blaze promotions published on blezers.com will not end earlier than the dates stated in the respective offer and are intended, where specified, to be valid at least until the end of 2025, subject to updates.
  • Game contributions: Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded). The contribution table for each promotion will be presented with the offer. You are responsible for checking the applicable contribution rates before wagering.

Prohibited Bonus Practices

  • Bonus abuse: The following practices, whether individually or in combination, may be treated as Bonus abuse and can lead to cancellation of Bonuses, confiscation of winnings and/or closure of your Account: (a) opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; (b) using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions; (c) placing low-risk or hedged Bets to meet wagering requirements; (d) colluding with other Players; (e) exploiting obvious errors or technical glitches; or (f) any other behaviour reasonably considered to give you an unfair advantage.
  • Maximum Bet and other limits: Certain promotions may specify a maximum Bet allowed while wagering a Bonus, or exclude specific games or features (for example, buying free spins or gambling features). Placing Bets in excess of the maximum or on prohibited games while a Bonus is active may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted in the promotional terms, Bonuses and promotions may not be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus or similar offer may be used at any given time. Where multiple promotions are available, the Operator may determine the order in which they apply.

Refunds and Adjustments Relating to Bonuses

  • Adjustment rights: The Operator may remove, adjust or cancel Bonuses (and associated winnings) where they have been credited in error, where required by law or regulation, or where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms or the specific promotional terms.
  • Refunds of qualifying deposits: Qualifying deposits associated with Bonuses are generally non-refundable once wagering has begun. In exceptional circumstances (for example, a technical failure preventing participation in the promotion), the Operator may, at its discretion, refund deposits or reinstate Bonuses, provided this does not conflict with legal or regulatory obligations.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Conditions

  • Available methods: The Operator may support various payment methods, including bank cards, e-wallets, vouchers and cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific methods depends on your country, currency, payment provider and regulatory considerations. For Blaze Players, traditional UK banking channels (such as Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers) may in practice be blocked or restricted by UK financial institutions due to Merchant Category Code MCC 7995 policies.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: For many UK-based Users, cryptocurrency (for example BTC, ETH, USDT or LTC) may be the primary practical deposit method. Deposits are generally credited after the Operator has received at least one blockchain confirmation on the relevant network. Indicative confirmation times may be around 10 minutes for BTC and a few minutes for certain stablecoins or altcoins, but actual times vary and are outside the Operator's control.
  • Fees: The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees, but third-party providers and blockchain networks may impose their own charges (such as network gas or transaction fees), which are your responsibility. Currency exchange fees may also apply if your payment method is in a different currency from your Account.
  • Ownership of payment methods: You may only deposit using payment methods that are in your own name. The Operator may request documentation demonstrating ownership of the payment method and may reject or return deposits made from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals

  • General principles: Withdrawals can only be made from your Real Money Balance and any Bonus funds that have satisfied all wagering and other conditions. Where possible, withdrawals must be made using the same method and to the same account or wallet used for deposits, subject to applicable regulations and technical limitations.
  • Verification and security: Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may conduct additional KYC and security checks, including verification of identity, address, payment method ownership and source of funds. Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, limits, or refusal of the withdrawal, and potential suspension or closure of your Account.
  • Processing times: The Operator seeks to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few Business Days after approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on third-party payment providers and blockchain network conditions and may take longer. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or external systems beyond its reasonable control.
  • Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, per week or per month, and may differ by payment method. These limits are displayed on the Site or notified to you during the withdrawal process.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once they have been used to place Bets or participate in games. Refunds of unused deposits may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Operator, subject to applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations.
  • Chargebacks: If you request a chargeback or otherwise reverse a deposit transaction, the Operator may (a) suspend or close your Account, (b) deduct the amount of the chargeback and any associated fees from your Account balance, and (c) report the matter to relevant authorities and payment processors. All resulting costs or losses may be recovered from you.
  • Reversal of winnings: Where a transaction is reversed or deemed invalid (for example, due to fraud, use of a third-party payment method, or breach of these Terms), the Operator may cancel associated winnings and adjust balances to reflect the correct position as if the invalid transactions had not occurred.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

  • Provision of Services: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with its Curaçao eGaming licence GLH-OCCHKTW0709172018, and will take reasonable steps to ensure that games operate in accordance with their published rules and payout tables.
  • Randomness and testing: Games supplied by third-party providers are typically based on certified random number generators or other fairness mechanisms evaluated by independent testing laboratories. The Operator relies on such certifications and undertakes reasonable due diligence but does not independently re-test all game software.
  • Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Site (including balances, transaction histories, game rules and promotional details) is accurate and up to date. In the case of discrepancies between on-screen information and the Operator's or provider's system records, the latter will generally prevail.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from interruptions, delays, server or network failures, software bugs, communication failures, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, device incompatibility or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Your access to the Site may be limited or suspended for maintenance, security or regulatory reasons.
  • Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
  • Maximum liability: Subject always to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Services in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of: (a) the amount of the Bet(s) or transaction(s) that gave rise to the dispute; or (b) your net deposits to the Account during the three (3) months preceding the incident. In many game-specific contexts, the maximum liability will not exceed the amount staked on the affected Bet.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. If you are a consumer with rights under local law (including possible rights under UK consumer or data protection law), these Terms do not deprive you of those rights to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks (including the "Blaze" brand), text, audio, video and other materials, are owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted to you, whether by implication or otherwise.

Restrictions on Use

  • No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell, sub-license, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or the Services, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
  • No unauthorised use of trademarks: You must not use the "Blaze" name, the Blaze logo, or any other trademarks, trade names or logos displayed on the Site without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder. This includes any use in domain names, social media handles, advertising or promotions.
  • Third-party content: Third-party game providers and licensors retain ownership of their content and software. Your use of such content is subject to these Terms and any additional conditions that may be notified to you in connection with specific games or features.

Privacy & Data Protection

Processing of Personal Data

  • Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected, used, stored and shared in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on blezers.com, as updated from time to time. By using the Site and the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
  • Purposes of processing: Personal data may be processed for purposes including account administration, KYC and anti-money laundering checks, transaction processing, provision and improvement of the Services, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, customer support and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in Curaçao and any other relevant jurisdictions.
  • International transfers: As the Operator is based in Curaçao and may operate payment or support functions through subsidiaries or service providers in other countries (such as Cyprus or other locations), your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the UK. Such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Your rights: You may have rights under applicable data protection laws (for example, to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to certain processing). Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any such non-waivable rights.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notifications

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, licensing conditions, technical or security requirements, business practices, or the scope of the Services. Updated versions will be published on blezers.com with a revised "effective from" date.
  • Notification methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by displaying a prominent notice on the Site, using banners or pop-ups after login, or sending a message to your registered email address.
  • Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Site or the Services after the updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

  • Voluntary closure: You may at any time request that your Account be closed by using the relevant function on the Site (if available) or by contacting customer support through the channels indicated on blezers.com. The Operator may request verification information before closing the Account.
  • Withdrawals on closure: Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of your eligible Real Money Balance, subject to KYC checks, payment method rules and any applicable legal or regulatory restrictions. Bonus funds that have not met wagering or other conditions at the time of closure may be cancelled.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to the Services, withhold or freeze funds, or cancel Bets and Bonuses if it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms or any game or promotional rules; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) you are under 18 or otherwise not legally permitted to use the Services; (d) you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction or using tools to conceal your location; (e) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, Bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct; or (f) required by law, regulation or licensing conditions.
  • Investigation period: During any investigation, your Account may be temporarily locked, and withdrawals may be delayed. The Operator will act reasonably and endeavour to complete investigations promptly, but timeframes may depend on external authorities or partners.
  • Outcome and funds handling: If the investigation confirms a material breach or unlawful conduct, the Operator may close your Account and, where permitted by applicable law, confiscate or forfeit funds associated with the breach (including Bonuses and winnings). If no breach is confirmed, the Operator will lift restrictions and process any pending withdrawals in the normal way.
  • Notice: Where required and permitted by law, the Operator will notify you of any suspension or closure and the main reasons for such action, using your registered contact details. However, the Operator may be legally prohibited from providing detailed reasons in certain circumstances (for example, where there is a suspicion of money laundering).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Curaçao law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in connection with the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding any conflict-of-law rules that would lead to the application of the laws of another jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where they cannot be lawfully excluded.
  • UK position: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao under licence GLH-OCCHKTW0709172018 (Master Licence 365/JAZ) and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. By using blaze-united-kingdom services on blezers.com, you acknowledge that UK-specific regulatory protections and dispute resolution mechanisms (including GamStop, IBAS and UK-approved gambling ombudsman schemes) do not apply to the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under UK law.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Services, you should first contact the Operator's customer support using the channels indicated on blezers.com, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Escalation to regulator or alternative bodies: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's response and your complaint relates to the fairness or conduct of the gambling services, you may, where applicable, refer the matter to Curaçao eGaming or the relevant licensing body indicated on the licence validator page for blaze.com (for example, via the Antillephone validator at the URL provided on the Site), subject to the regulator's procedures and limitations.
  • Court proceedings: Subject to any applicable mandatory rights, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or regulatory escalation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. The Operator and you may also agree in writing to submit certain disputes to arbitration or another form of alternative dispute resolution in Curaçao.

  • Online support: Customer support for Blaze Users is primarily provided through the help and support tools available on blezers.com, which may include live chat, contact forms or in-account messaging. The availability of specific channels and support hours is indicated on the Site and may change from time to time.
  • Email contact: Where an email address for support or complaints is provided on blezers.com, you should use that address for written correspondence and keep copies of all communications for your records. • Telephone contact: The Operator does not guarantee the availability of telephone support for blaze-united-kingdom Users. If a telephone number is published on blezers.com, it may be used for general queries, subject to any stated operating hours and call charges. The profile data currently records the main office phone number as "not specified".

Legal and Regulatory Correspondence

  • Mailing and legal address: The profile data provided records the Operator's detailed headquarters, mailing and legal addresses as "not specified". • Regulatory contact: Information about the Operator's licence GLH-OCCHKTW0709172018 (Master Licence 365/JAZ) and the corresponding regulator (Curaçao eGaming, via Antillephone) may be accessed through the licence validation link referenced on blezers.com. Any communication with the regulator must follow the procedures and requirements specified by that body.
  • Record keeping: You are recommended to retain copies of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any promotional terms that apply to you, and any significant correspondence with customer support or regulatory bodies, as they may be relevant in the event of a dispute.

Important notice for UK-based Users: While these Terms are adapted for Blaze players and reflect the Operator's Curaçao licensing status, they do not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of blezers.com complies with all laws applicable to you, including any laws in the United Kingdom relating to online gambling, financial transactions and taxation.
